About this site
The thin line separating the PDA phones with the rest is fast dwindling. The smart phone gained immense popularity among the business class during its early days due to its sheer power in organizing days and reading emails. Though the high end PDA is still aimed at the business community, most of the recent launches have been for the ordinary folk. Then with the advent of the touch screen, changed the world forever. The USP of the PDA, the full QWERTY keypad was now no longer necessary. The stylus and the virtual keypad gave the users the functionality of the QWERTY along with the pleasure of working on a large screen.
The Smartphone has now evolved to include a variety of features:
1. A camera.
2. Mobile and pocket office.
3. Music and video player.
4. GPS
5. QWERTY keypad.
6. Internet browser.
7. Connectivity including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
8. Widgets and applications.
9. Organizer.
10. Email.
Depending upon the phone, there might be much more features involved. But a true PDA can be defined on only a few basic parameters:
- How good is the display?
- How much power does the multimedia interface pack?
- How efficient is the phone in organizing days?
- How good is the communication system (email, IM and messaging)?
- What are the extras that come along with the phone?
When I started researching for my next buy, I came across review sites that write pages and pages of information. But then PDA phones come with so much information, it is very difficult to squeeze everything into just one page or a couple of pages at the most.
How many of us are really interested in deep diving into all the features of a phone? How easy it would be to have a site that let you have just the important information to let you decide about your phone?
These very questions led me to start this blog. Here you can find just the right information to get you going. We are not affiliated with any particular manufacturer or dealer and hence the reviews are always clean and impartial. And you can know about a vast variety of PDA phones in just one location.
The right dose of the right information is the motto we follow here.
